According to Dr. Tuan, TOPIC64 has educated more than 14,000 trainees all over the country up to  November 2007; among them were over 5,200 poor trainees educated for free; training courses cultivated the standard of more than 900 lecturers under TOPIC centers in 64 provinces. With several good results, TOPIC64 was acknowledged by Government and international organizations. In 2006, TOPIC64 project was chosen to be typically reported at APEC conference. In November 2006, it ranked top 7/160 among ICT programs of Development Gateway Award 2006; and InfoDev (World Bank) chose CRC-TOPIC as the top 4/62 among international business incubators. In November 2007, out of 119 entries in the Stockholm Challenge Award 2007, TOPIC64 has been one of nine finalists chosen by the jury for ICT prize. Besides, TOPIC64 was honourably visited by many dignitaries such as: Mrs. Susan Schwab, Ambassador of United States, Mr. Akhtar Badshah – Director of Microsoft Public Relationship, Mr. Miguel De Zela – Commercial Counsellor of USA, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, leaders of respected international organization such as Microsoft, USAID, Qualcomm, HP, ect.

After ending the summary report, representatives awarded 75 new HP computers for 15 excellent centers. Discussion followed on sharing experiences of mobilizing training funds by CRC Director; connective programs; cooperation between Hanoi Open University and TOPIC64 by Mr. Tran Duc Vuong; Director of developing long distance training center; success stories as well as difficulties faced by Mrs. Vi Thi Oanh in Lang Son center and Mr. Bui Dinh Thi in Hai Duong center while operating the TOPIC center.

Then, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Vice Director of TOPIC64 program presented and discussed with representatives the connective methods for the development of TOPIC centers in the future. The discussion greatly captured the attention of delegates. Afterwards, participants were divided into small groups based on geographical areas to discuss in more detail about connective methods among provinces. The discussion was very active and prolonged until 12:00 on the next day. After detailed discussions, some groups formed different directions, and links among regions, finally, most of them had voted for the group leaders and group assistants in charge of contact and promoting the corporation and connection among TOPIC centers.
